This is a tall order.
Because of the uncertainties surrounding Shulamith, we did not take
advantage of the automation opportunity offered by AJL several years
ago. Now, however, with a new administration, there is a chance,
even though it might be small, that we may be able to automate. I
We are a day school library with a large Hebrew language
collection. All English books are cataloged in Follett, but the
Hebrew books are still cataloged using a card catalog. Are there any
systems meant for smaller libraries, MARC compatible, user friendly
for elementary school students,
Believe it or not, automation is now a real possibility for my school! I
am considering Follett and Athena. I would appreciate any advice you may have.

I am beginning my research into automation software for our day school
library of about 4,500 materials, 75 students, and wonder if anyone in a
small library would recommend a system that is particularly good. I would
