Dear colleagues,

As those of you attending the convention begin to pack, a quick note
about Exhibits.

Many of this year's books by award-winning and/or presenting authors
will be sold in the Exhibits Hall by Barnes & Noble. Please note that
in order to qualify for tax-exempt status for purchases from Barnes &
Noble, you will need to have a copy of your tax-exempt status
documentation with you. Also, B&N regret that they will only be able
to accept POs from organizations with B&N accounts. Books purchased
with POs will be shipped directly from their store; shipping for *any*
purchase over $25 is complimentary.

This year's Exhibitors include a wide range of offerings for all:

   Association Book Exhibit
   Association of Jewish Libraries
   Barnes & Noble Booksellers
Basch Subscriptions, Inc. & The Reference Shelf
   Bobby Harr Studio
   Brill

Additional recommendations for Exhibitors for future years can be sent
to next year's committee following the convention.

Lists of times and locations of book signings by presenters and
award-winners will be available at the Convention. Many signings are
scheduled to take place in the Exhibits Hall during breaks.
Corresponding books will also be available for purchase at the
signings on Sunday and Monday nights and at the Awards Reception on
Tuesday evening.

See you in AZ (or on the blog!),

Sara
