Gender sensitive language doesn't change he to she. G-d has many
genderless names! And sentences can be reworked to avoid he or she pronouns.

Dear Hasafranim,
A congregant is interested in a completely egalitarian siddur. The
catch is that it must be acceptable to a Conservative congregation
(include musaf, etc). I've shown her the new Siddur Sim Shalom, but
it is not 100% egalitarian (i.e., in the English, G-d is still
referred to
