That is REALLY exciting to hear. Thanks for letting us know. I
go to the Kiryat Malachi and Hof Ashkelon area each summer through
Partnership 2000, a JAFI program. I have helped bring a lot of
English books to those libraries, esp. for use by high school
students. I know that the
As of January 1, 2008, Israeli public libraries will be doing away
with their subscription fees and will also receive an injection of
money from the local authorities.
