The best I can find for Shavuot are Ruth stories. There is also
Mountain of Blintzes. I usually end up telling a story for Lag B'Omer.

Although it's not directly written for young kids, Celebrating the
Jewish Year: The Spring and Summer Holidays, by Paul Steinberg (edited
by Janet Greenstein Potter) has sections on both Shavuot and Lag B'Omer
which you should find helpful.
