During a conversation here at LC with a colleague, Jolande Goldberg, 
she mentioned that her area was in need of someone that knows 
Rumanian, Albanian and Greek.  (preferable at least two of them).

During the course of the conversation she mentioned the Muskie 
Fellowship which might be of interest to some of you.  We have had 
Muskie Fellows work at LC before and it has been a wonderful

Edmund S. Muskie Graduate Fellowship Program
The Edmund S. Muskie Fellowship Program provides outstanding citizens 
of Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, 
Moldova, Russia, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, and Uzbekistan 
with the opportunity to pursue graduate study at the master's level 
in the United States. Students are chosen in the fields of business 
administration, economics, education, environmental management and 
policy, international affairs, journalism and mass communications, 
law, library and information science, public health and public 
policy. The fellows are selected and paid by the Muskie Program.

If you are accepted, you will participate in this program for 3 month(s).
