Here's the information about the reading group I
started up.

The website address is :
http://groups.yahoo.com/group/jewlit/

The description for the group follows.

This reading group is for the discussion of all types
of Jewish written stories. In addition to prose,
illustrated texts (such as children's picture books
and graphic novels) may also be discussed.

The authors of the books need not be Jewish
themselves, but the stories discussed should contain
Jewish content.

Among the sub-genres of Jewish literature that may be
discussed in this reading group are : science-fiction,
detective stories, Westerns, romance, historical
fiction and Holocaust-era fiction.

Non-fiction as well as fiction may be discussed here.

Discussion of Canadian Judaica / Jewish Canadiana is
welcome --- and highly encouraged!

Since this is a moderated forum, all messages to the
group must be approved by one of the moderators. If a
member's post is rejected, the poster will usually
receive a message, providing the reason(s) for the
rejection.

Although, books in any language may be the subject of
discussion, it is preferred that the messages be
written in English.
