I'm curious about how your OPALS experience has been going. We just started using the program and have been having some access problems. We also have problems because OPALS is not reading our barcodes and we have to type in an abbreviated barcode for each item.
I'm wondering if anyone else is having problems like this or if anyone has any other problems they can give me a warning about. (I will be calling tech support in any case, but I'm just wondering if other people are having problems like this as well. Thanks.)
