The book we use is No Cholesterol Passover Recipes by Debra Wasserman. It
is published by the Vegetarian Resource Group, POB 1463, Baltimore, MD 21203.
A revised edition came out in 1995. It has 100 vegan Passover dishes.
Some recipes are better than others, but on the whole, it's very good.
There was a recent posting by Dina Tanners about vegetarian cooking for
Passover. I forwarded the query a Jewish friend who is a vegetarian.
