Dear Safranim, I have been inspired by Leslie Monchars previous email regarding her AviChai committee. I too have been asked to chair an AviChai Committee. The focus of my committee is to review automation systems and negotiate consortium prices for them. Anyone who has an interest in finding a library automation system that is inexpensive, easy to use yet sophisticated enough to do cataloging, searching and circulation as well as reports and preferably having Hebrew language capability, please contact me.
