We had a lively session at the convention about Social Media. We could have gone on talking about the topic the rest of the evening, but since we had to cut it short, I promised to continue the conversation online. I'll be creating one or more episodes on The Book of Life to help you guys understand the significance of social media and how to participate. Before I can do that, though, I need to know what questions you have!
At convention I got the sense that folks would like to know the following: - what exactly is a blog? what exactly is a podcast? - what does "social media" mean? - how do I find relevant blogs and podcasts? - what does Heidi mean about *participating* in social media?
