Dear Safranim,

I am the volunteer, nonprofessional librarian for a temple
library. We recently received a donation of many Holocaust-themed
books – mostly fiction - for young adults. As we cannot keep them
all, I am writing for guidance regarding which ones to keep.

Can you recommend young adult books we "must have," those we "must
avoid," or provide any other opinions on specific young adult
Holocaust books? I have attached a file with the list of books I
have to make decisions on. I've consulted the AJL Value Finders
list, which has provided some guidance, but I'm still faced with a
lot of decisions.

Please reply off-list, and thank you for any assistance you can provide.
