Dear helpful friends- We received a grant to purchase the new CD-ROM "Jewish Women: A Comprehensive Historical Encyclopedia," which is being distributed by JPS. Unfortunately, we discovered, upon receipt, that the product says it is not caompatible with some computers that run on Intel processors. We have 3 different computers in our library and can't get the product to run on any of them.
Have any of you had this problem? Any suggestions? (The product costs of $200, and we received grant money to buy it. I have to figure out how to make it work!) Thanks in advance for any and all guidance.
