Dear Anne,
The best systems cost a little more. Athena and Alexandria are both excellent
and easy to use, BUT the price tag is going to be in $3-5,000 range US.
Surpass seems like a good system, although I have not worked with it in a
library setting.

We are investigating a new system called OPALS. It has Hebrew
capability and according to some who have tried it out holds promise.
We will hopefully have more information on it soon with a possible
session at Convention.
