If "Aleichem" is functioning as a surname in this name, doesn't "Aleichem" qualify as the leading word per AACR2? That is, "Aleichem, Shalom," or "Aleichem, Sholom" depending on the Romanization, with references from "Shalom Aleichem," "Sholom Aleichem" and his real name. Michael Carpenter
