I am trying to locate an article that appeared in the journal Jewish History
Vol. 2, No. 2 (Fall, 1987), pp. 29-36 entitled The Jews and Their Bill:
Jewish Motivations in the Controversy of 1753 by Robert Liberles.
I have seen an abstract,
Andrea's collection is magnificent and quite extensive. I have seen it.

The Library of the YIVO Institute for Jewish Research in New York is another
institution with excellent holdings in Jewish children's literature. You could
contact them to see if they are interested in receiving more.

I'm thrilled that both Andrea Jim have indicated their libraries' interest in
collecting children's books.
However, I would make a request on their part (unbidden): Please provide lists
first, and get their permission before sending books to them.
I do this with some awareness.
The man who was going to share a hotel room with me in Houston has had to
cancel, so I want to find a new roommate (non-smoking) to share the room with
me.
If you are interested or know someone who would be, please contact me as soon
