3...) in western Europe was due to Fibonacci, the mathematician form Pisa, end
of the 12th century only! He learned about it travelling to Syria and North
Africa...

A teacher here is looking to purchase a copy of Bartrop/ Resisting the
Holocaust (his grandfather's picture is on the cover) . The prices on
Amazon and Bookfinder are quite steep. If anyone knows of a copy for a
reasonable price, please let us know.
