I reached out to wonderful author and professor Sharon Hart-Green who
replied that she has the English translation of the Amichai book Open Closed
Open and yes, the poem is there.  Her edition is not bilingual, but she
expects the Hebrew original would contain the poem.  Hope this is helpful.

I am trying to locate a copy of a poem called, ?ירושלים, ירושלים, למה

 

I was told that it is poem number 6 and that it can be found in a book by
Yehuda Amichai called, פתוח סגור, פתוח סגור.
