According to the Haskell (Stanstead) Library on the border online catalog, they have 7 titles by Richler (the duplicated title is actually in two formats, book and DVD): *Oh Canada! Oh Quebec! : requiem for a divided country* by Richler, Mordecai, 1931- Format Books Publication Date 1992.
