109 of the Copyright law "first sale. " The First Sale concept was upheld in
the court case Capitol Records, LLC v. ReDigi Inc., 910 F. 3d 649
Is there any guidance from AJL (or any other library organization) about
whether it's still ok to direct patrons to the Internet Archive Open Library
while it's involved in a lawsuit?
