It is so sad to hear that Leah Adler is no longer with us! She had such
elegance of manner and spirit. All who had the good fortune to know her will
greatly miss her combination of integrity, intelligence, and tact.
May her memory be blessed.

This morning I was at the home where Leah's brothers are sitting shiva. I
mentioned all the messages that have appeared on Hasafran and they asked me
to forward them, which I have done. I will continue to add those that appear
over the next few days.

I visited the Gottesman Library on Monday. I felt that I must pay a condolence
