AJL received this mail from Israeli author Yaron Reshef,
I dedicated the last last three years to finding information about my family. I
succeeded to find a shipment document with victims’ names of the last transport
of Jews from Ternopol train station to Belzec. It is the only document that
exist. Most of my relatives were killed in Belzec. The book creates memories
of unknown people and it reads like a detective story. The book was published
in Israel on May 2014. It tells the story of people immigrating to Palestine
in early 20th century, their families’ destiny and ends with my generation (2nd
generation of WW2 survivors), people like me, that are looking to take the
memories of their families “out of the shoeboxes”. I am happy to share with
you that my book “Out of the Shoebox” was translated into English and is now
available on Createspace and on Amazon. Please be so kind and look into the book
and consider it for your library (for ages 17 and older).
Best regards,
Yaron Reshef yaron_res...@yahoo.com
The book is available as a printed paperback and as an electronic book.
