Hi HCP team,
I'm interested in comparing the performance of ICA-FIX using a 200s vs. 2000s
highpass filter cutoff for some locally-acquired HCP-like resting-state data,
as suggested in a previous thread. The HCP wrapper for ICA-FIX includes a
reference to a 200s training file, HCP_hp200.RData,
Hello everyone,
I have been reading the mailing list archives about the timing of the
task and resting fMRI data, and just want to clarify one thing:
The "SyncSlide.OnsetTime", which " reflects the onset of the first TR in
E-Prime clock" (Appendix VI) - this is in reference to the first volume i
That’s correct. There is no TTL trigger pulse during the multiband calibration
scans or SBRef image. The first TTL trigger comes at the onset of the first
volume in the BOLD timeseries.

Hi Tim,
Have you had a chance to look into this issue?
Thanks,
Simon

I think someone else will have to answer about whether that is within
expected error. The surfaces themselves cross over each other in those
captures, so I think freesurfer just couldn't decide where the cortex
ended. Any idea how often this happens (how many subjects, how much
overlap)?
Tim
I would agree that this suggests a FreeSurfer issue. Usually it tries to avoid
crossing the midline, but for some reason has still done this in this
particular case.
Peace,
Matt.
