The wb_command -*-label-export-table commands will give you the RGB triples
for each label in text format. There isn't an easy way to get them
per-vertex, you'd need to -cifti-separate, load the .label.gii files into
matlab, and have it take the corresponding entry from the label table
matching
If you make a scene file that shows the plot, wb_command -show-scene can
make a capture of it to an image file. However, you'll need to use some
tricks to be able to swap out the data file if you want to capture multiple
plots without manually creating more scenes.

Please keep the exchange on the HCP-Users list, so that responses can be

Anderson can confirm, but I believe that if you are supplying the optional

Do you mean for each individual subject? They are in the
$subj/T1w/fsaverage_LR32k directory (assuming you want the version on the 32k

You can access the label table with wb_command -file-information

Dear all,
I would like to get the RGB-triples used to generate Figure 3 in (Glasser
et al. Nature 2016), that is, a color-triplet for each vertex of the
standard 23K cortical
mesh.
Would these be available (I couldn't find them at
https://balsa.wustl.edu/WN56)?
Thanks and kind regards,
Rikkert
