[HCP-Users] Where is nodif_brain for Diffusion? (FDT registration / PROBTRACKX)

2014-07-01 Thread Linden Parkes
Hi, I'm trying to use FSL FDT to do some probabilistic tractography. I have run bedpostx and am now trying to run registration within FDT. According to an error I'm getting from the FSL FDT gui, I'm meant to have a nodif_brain image in the bedpostx directory but this is not the case. I do have the

d, it asks for a “surface reference image” for Freesurfer. Which file is best used for this purpose? Cheers, Linden —————— Linden Parkes PhD Candidate Monash Clinical & Imaging Neuroscience (MCIN) School of Psychological Sciences Monash Biomedical Imaging Monash Univ

Ok cool. So then if I want to generate connectivity matrixes based on seed to target connectivity and then average that across subjects I’d be better served by using the Atlas_ variants? Cheers, Linden —— Linden Parkes PhD Candidate Monash Clinical & Imaging Neurosci
