There is an option for changing the way images are captured:
* Display the Preferences Dialog by selecting File Menu->Preferences.
* On the Preferences Dialog, click the OpenGL tab.
* Change Image Capture Method to Grab Frame Buffer.
* Close the Preferences Dialog and try image capture again.
