The main idea is if you have your HDFS data backed in some kind of NAS or SAN
and need to just move the data to another cluster, just move the disk.
Sometimes the disaster recovery cluster is not so far from the production
cluster where you need to copy data through network. And move petabytes of data
just detaching from one cluster and attaching to another cluster, I think can
take minutes
