I think the work is duplicated to [HDFS-8053] mainly because {{DFSClient}} is
connected to {{DFSIn/OutputStream}}. I've been working on this last week. The
patch was there and Jenkins looks good. I also addressed the comments to split
the patch to separate issues as they are independent.
I also have local patch that moves the {{DistributedFileSystem}} [HDFS-8740]
which is pending on this. As [~hitliuyi] and [~wheat9] pointed out, in that
patch I move the {{DFSClient}} and {{DFSIn/OutputStream}} directly to
{{hadoop-hdfs-client}} and put the {{DFSClient}} in the same package so nothing
will be broken.
