help with phrase

Dear group,
I have writen in mansucript on the back page of a Sefer ha-hayim (Brilon 
1856) the following phrase appended to a person's name and "263 Menahem Av" :
"Heh,ayin,kuf,shin,resh" "shin,tsadi".
I also have that phrase on a slip of paper laid in, in manuscript.
I don't know what it means or the significance is.
