Dear funnel participants,
My computer has some major problems and was taken for servicing. I will not be
able to do any revising until I get it back. I hope that they will be able to
get it back to me in a couple of days at most.
I am sorry for the delay.
Thanks for your patience,
Heidi

Dear Jasmin,
If the other records do not have an edition statement, I would suggest that
you make the assumption that you do have a new edition in hand and create a
separate record. It is very possible that the author did not originally
think that his work was going to be re-issued in a new

Hi Bob,
The notes and MARC field 041 do a very good job of explaining the
contents of the book. I think that if you are going to use Drazin as the
main entry, then you should change the 730 added entry to Bible. O.T.

Dear group,
I have an author who only goes by his
surname.
On the t.p. I have: Ts'ins.ki.
On p. 4. of cover I have romanized: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
Since this a romanized form of the name appearing
prominently may I use Chinski as the headnig with a reference from
"Ts'ins.ki"?
Thanks, Heidi

Dear Silke,
I think that if you are cataloging this work with the author of the
supracommentary as the main entry, or you are using the unfiorm title for
Pentateuch as the main entry, you would make a name/title subject heading
for
