Once again, I have to admit my ignorance in public. How
should one Romanize the following title (and what does it mean)?:
Sefer mem-resh-pe-samekh-yod-nun alef-yod-gimel-resh-yod
(the book includes meot kushiyot atsumot
ve-terutsim niflaim me-et gedole ha-dor [al ha-Torah])
Rachel Simon asked for the meaning and romanization
of:
Sefer mem-resh-pe-samekh-yod-nun
alef-yod-gimel-resh-yod

meaning, but could the first word be related to
mafreset (see Lev. 11:3)
and the second word be related to igrot?
Hope this helps.
Any chance that it might be Merupasin igari? Just a wild
guess.
