In New York Public and Brooklyn Public libraries we use III Sierra. It isn't that hard to edit the 880 fields, but diacritics need to be entered in unicode (or cut and pasted in) It would probably be easier to catalog records in MARC Edit, or even take an Excell spreadsheet and create records from
