I see several problems with `update-profiles.sh`.
- You wrote `GUIX_PROFILES=home/gfp/Projekte`, without leading slash.
This makes the shell treat this path as a relative one. You need to
use either `/home/gfp/Projekte` or just '$HOME/Projekte'.
