How do I access cl-* system packages in sbcl + emacs + slime/sly?

Hello all, I see in guix that there are packages for what also is a (ql:quickload) call for me when I'm writing lisp. For instance, I installed cl-csv as a system package for guix but I was not able to access it in my emacs + slime buffers What am I missing or not doing correctly? Thank
