Your application must receive "blessing" from Heroku before the mode
option is available. Request this "blessing" from "Other" tab of your
app's Settings.

Hi,
I got a skeleton app running the other day.
Now I try to upload an existing app and it either fails or says its
not a rails app.
Also if I click 'View' it hangs.
If I click 'Create New App' it either hangs or gives a 'Something went
wrong'
Is there a problem with the site?
Should I just g
