i'm just checking our heroku and it looks really sweet. however, i
ran into a problem. i needed to install an extra gem called
"packet". i seemed to have done this successfully using the "gems &
plugins" tab in the editor. however, i can't seem to rerun my
migrations:
% heroku rake myapp db:m
Didn't find these on the Heroku.com site anywhere, but if they're
tucked away somewhere, point me to'em.
Anyway, what are the policies for hosting on Heroku? What's allowed,
what's not? How does Heroku handle threats of a lawsuit? Etc.

Alternatively, you can try a mail to feedb...@heroku.com if you have
some trouble with your app.
Usually, problems and blessing requests are resolved quite quickly on
this list and I'm sure someone will answer you
