Hi!
So I did `heroku addons:upgrade hoptoad:plus`, and the web interface still
counts me as a Basic user (can't add new users, for instance). Should I just
remove Hoptoad and add it again as Plus?

I'm using NewRelic Gold right now, and want to downgrade to Silver. If I do
heroku addons:add newrelic:silver
does that downgrade the same account (preserving data), or do I have to
remove the gold addon and then add the silver?
