Im getting the 'We're sorry, but something went wrong.' On both edit/

My app name is foodstalker
I tried pushing again, but got the following message:
Running migrations...
rake aborted!
could not connect to server: Connection timed out
Is the server running on host "10.252.163.15" and accepting
TCP/IP connections on port 5432?
Thanks,

Letting us know is the right thing to do. In this case we were
already aware of the problem and working on it, but it never hurts to
have additional information.

The problem came when I tried to push... it said 'running migrations'
for a long time and I eventually hit 'control-C'
When I tried to 'git push' again, it said 'Everything-up-to-date'
Then I try to bring up my app and I get a '504 Gateway Time-out.
You are not alone.
The apps time out and git pushes dont work.
Also I could not do a db:data:dump earlier.
Cheers
