When I follow the instructions on this page:

After saving I get the following error message:
You have specified an App Domain but have not specified a Site URL or
a Mobile Web URL
My screen looks just as it
I figured this out. I didn't actually follow the screenshots
completely. Remove the App Domain from the Info section and no more
problems. App is running.
