[Hibernate] XDoclet 3.0 DTD generation for Configuration and Hibernate sub tasks

Title: Message G'day,       I have just commited changes to XDoclet (1.3 snapshot) to allow version 3.0 to be set and the approrpiate DTDs get generated. In addition, there is now a version attribute for the configuration as well. This should allow many of the existing XDoclet users atleast

There has been some discussion on this topic. 1.3 is waiting on three items. 1) Basic Hibernate 3 support(I have done that now). 2) JDK 5 support 3) J2EE 1.4 support There might be a 1.2.3 release to get some of the new features out now while items such as JDK 5 are completed. There is no for
