Help Palestine [hidayahnet] Fasting three days every month

   ‘Abdullaah ibn ‘Amr ibn Al-‘Aas (May Allah be pleased with him) narrated 
  that the Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, 
  “Fasting three days every month is equivalent to fasting continuously.” 
  (Agreed upon)
