Hi, In our lab, the water is tested every 6 months. If it fails, we disinfect the DI dispenser (to rule out that the nozzle was contaminated) and resubmit a sample to micro. If it fails second time we would would contact the vendor to figure out what the problem is - we've never had to go tha
