[Histonet] confocal questions: mixing fluorescent dyes with proteins

2011-07-13 Thread Tyrone Genade
Hello, I'm working on a Zeiss confocal microscope. We use chiefly Alexa488 and Cy3 together with Hoechst 33258. Can anyone suggest a fluorescent protein which can be discerned amongst the Alexa488, Cy3 and Hoechst 33258 emission spectra? I was thinking maybe mBanana? Thanks -- Tyrone Genade

You need to get an autodialer. Search for a company in your area. If you have Biomed or telecommunications in your facility they should be able to install it for you. I purchased a land line autodailer from Radio Shack years ago for three Sakura VIPs. VOIP autodialers are available as well.
