Natalia: I just cannot understand the concept of gravity convection oven because if you say gravity by definition that will mean that the heat will work by gravity and any heated air goes, also by definition, against gravity because any heat air will go UP and not down, hence the hot air

I have found that the major problem with most of these enzymehistochemical stains is that the sections should not be allowed to sit too long at room temperature before staining. Either stain immediately on sectioning or store at -70oC. The enzymes tend to deteriorate quite rapidly at room temp.
