Dear All, I work in a research lab where the focus is on early stages of Alzheimer’s Disease. We are seriously considering using an automated staining system for fluorescent Multiplex IHC, for the simultaneous detection of multiple (2-6 or more) proteins of interest in FFPE brain sections.

When we saw this happening it was slide related, especially with it happening across all platforms. We use Cardinal Healthcare SuperFrost Plus and haven't had an issue. Every time we have tried another brand we have seen this happen to some degree. Aimee M. Duddey, MLT(ASCP) Assistant
