I prefer the quality and mechanics of the Leica vs Thermo. But, clearly it
would be what you feel comfortable using. Also, service is,in my opinion,
better with Leica for response times.

Also try Sakura autoSection. It has auto align features for the block to the
slide. No need to worry about trimming your precious sample and loosing them. I
