How is everyone freezing hippocampus sections? The current method being used

We will be cutting frozen sections on sheep lung and I was wondering if
anyone has a method to produce good quality sections. Are you injecting
anything in the lung prior to sectioning?

Is anyone working with MCP-1 Armenian hamster, from Biolegend? This is for
FFPE tissue. The secondary is anti-Syrian hamster. Any help would be

Is anyone out there using F4-80 anti mouse (Biolegend) for macrophage. What
is your protocol for Paraffin embedded sections? Any help will be
appreciated. Currently we have no staining at 1 to 100 for the primary and
antigen citrate buffer.

We have used 5% Tite-bond glue( from the Hardware store) on slides with
great success. Just take a Kimwipe and wipe it evenly over the slide and it
holds the tissue very well.
