Hello All,
When performing a LFB for myelin and nissl, how long does everyone keep their
slides in the LFB solution for and what temp do you use? Most procedures say
"overnight" and Sheehan states 16-24 hours.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thank you in advance!
