[Histonet] Cryostat cutting?

Hello, We need to cut clean and consistent 50 micron sections of OCT embedded tissue on our leica cryostat (CM-1850). Does anyone on the list have any tips or tricks for doing this when compared to cutting the usual 10 micron sections that we usually deal with in our lab. -- Regards, Francis

Hello, I am a newbie to this type of work. We have flash frozen tissue in OCT (Optimal Cutting Temperature) compound for some unique experiments that we need to carry out. We want to use a AO-860 sliding microtome to cut large slabs of OCT embedded tissue. Does anyone have any advice on how this
