This is a challenging topic. We did it in 2004.
You must have deep pockets and committed clients.
Even then, it is a hunter-gatherer lifestyle. Run your traps, and live off what
you kill.
It can be done, but the wind is always in your face and the first 7 years are
mostly uphill.

Hi Everyone,
Just a quick question. If you defrost your cryostat to room temperature and
wipe it out with 70% alcohol is that considered decontamination? Or does it
have to be fumigated with formaldehyde, or have a UV function on board the
machine?
